muscles and bones. It can increase circulation 
without increasing heart load, speed venous return 
from extremities, stimulate the skin and nervous 
system, and reduce emotional and physical stress. 
It is recommended for its therapeutical and 
stress management benefits.

The Fitness Center has been updated with all NEW equipment. Body Solid brand universal machine with leg press and leg extension positions as well as free weights and bench (3-40lbs). For cardiovascular, an eliptical machine, treadmill and bicycle are available.

Water Sports

Various recreation equipment is available for your 
beach enjoyment and comfort. You can rent snorkel 
gear, sea kayaks, paddle boats, floats, etc... 

For sailors we have Sunfish sailboats and 
a Hobie Wave 13' catamaran. 

Tennis

Club Orient has 2 all weather courts on the property 
that are available for free for all guests. They are 
lighted for night play. 

Tennis rackets are available and the boutique 
stocks tennis balls. 

A sign up sheet is in office for those looking 
for a partner or opponent.

Tiko Tiko Cruise

In 1996 Tiko-Tiko Cruises offering cruises from Orient Bay 
in association with Club Orient. We offer an all inclusive 
clothing optional day cruise to Tintamarre as well as Island 
tours and private charters.


We offer fine dining and clothing optional tours, aboard 
our new and elegant Bahia 46 catamaran with it's spacious 
cockpit which can entertain up to 16 guests.

Amenities include a beautiful kitchen and dining area along 
with 4 double guest cabins with ensuites. 
Perfect for private charters.
