Hidden Beach Resort report written by one of our clients:

Beverly and I just returned from a 9 day trip to Hidden Beach Resort. This is an Au Natural Resort located 1 hour South of the Cancun Airport.
 Accommodations:  This is an all suite Resort with a total of 42 small suites wrapped around a very elaborate swimming pool. All suites have an ocean view and are the same size, decorated very nice and equipped with the necessary items to make you comfortable ie. fridge, hair dryer, king beds, cable TV, balcony or patio, safe, tub/shower, telephone and 2 big fluffy white robes.
Beach and Pool:  The beach is lovely to look at, but not for swimming. Too many rocks. About a dozen grass roof bungalows line the beach, They offer an unobstructed view, constant breezes and ample shade, if you need it. The very unique pool seems to travel through the entire Resort. It is not heated and it's temperature was slightly chilly in January. All of the beach furniture is new or almost new and is kept spotless.
The Hot Tub is of ample size and is hot only at sundown or later.   It was a popular spot each evening. Grounds: This entire Hotel is spotless.  The owners are very proud of it and it shows.

Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner:  If these three categories are important to you, listen up ! You can order from a menu at all meals, if you wish, or you can order your omelets and whatever at the grill each morning. Waffles, pancakes, fruit, yogurt, and many Mexican dishes are all there and it is delicious. The lunches offer various meats and fish grilled in front of your eyes.  The menu at dinner time always includes 11 or 12 entrees. Lobster, prime rib, salmon, fillet, grouper and a couple kinds of pasta.  A recommendation from Beverly and Jim:  If your priorities are awesome food, nice rooms, excellent service from a very friendly staff, quiet and relaxing times, this might be the place for you. One of the rules at this Resort is no inappropriate behavior in public. We are very comfortable with that rule.  Our Group:  We were with a group of 6 couples. We made lots of noise and were always laughing by the pool, in the dinning room or wherever. One night we heard laughter coming from the Hot Tub till the wee hours of the morning. We simply shut our patio door and went back to sleep.
